Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Please someone help me with this. I have 3 M6 and 3 S4's. My primary Router is one M6. For some reason all the other Decos are connecting to the main M6 instead of one half the distance and a lot closer.

please someone help me with getting them to follow a path to the main Deco M6.

@NmE

With respect to the back in via Wi-Fi the Deco units will determine where they connect to depending on the available networks. If you want to force a connection you can connect an Ethernet cable from one unit to another.

@Tony

This doesn’t make sense. So can it Daisy chain at all or not. I have 6 units and I need to decide whether to return them or not. If I have to run a hardwire, I might as well get a cheap AP and hardwire it. It almost seems like the Decos don’t daisy chain the shortest path. Please explain better. Should I just hard wire an AP?
