Whole house set up
I have purchased three separate things - just getting all installed.
EAP 225
Deco M9+
Archer A7 router
I obviously do not understand how to set up my home network. I had read that the mesh would let the devices seamlessly hop from one to another. After setting all three up I have eight networks to choose from in my home. I would love to just have two - mine and guest. I am not sure where to turn for assistance.

The Deco nodes are the only ones that provide the mesh network or recommend your device what Deco node to connect to as you roam. The EAP and A7 will broadcast the network, but it will be up to the client device which network to connect to as the EAP and A7 are not mesh.
So you can have all the 2.4G networks named the same, and the 5G named the same, and the guest network named the same. The problem will be with the Deco in that both the 2.4G and 5G use the same name. So you can make the Deco the same name as either the 2.4G or 5G, when you enable the Deco's guest network, you can make that the same name as the others.
You would have something like:
EAP
2.4G: mywifi
5G: mywifi-5G
Guest: guestwifi
Deco
2.4G & 5G: mywifi
Guest: guestwifi
A7
2.4G: mywifi
5G: mywifi-5G
Guest: guestwifi

This is a big help. I will work on the renaming this evening.
I have a couple of questions. I purchased the router because it has "one mesh" on the box. I purchased the Deco thinking they would work with that "one mesh". Are there products that do provide what I described? Maybe I don't broadcast the ID from the router. ??

OneMesh from the router works when paired with a range extender like a RE300 that has OneMesh too. However, the OneMesh doesn't work as one single mesh network with the Deco, you will have two mesh networks.
It is recommended to disable the Wi-Fi on the A7 to avoid any potential interference.
