Can I mount my router on the wall?

per the install instructions, the router should be horizontal and the antennas vertical.  See the second bullet point below the 1. Connect the hardware.

It's not recommended to mount the router on the wall. Check this article for more suggestions on how to place the router for optimal reception and performance:
