Model: Archer A9
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have a TP-Link Wifi cloud management accout.

I have several current Archer routers, different models, bound to my TP-Link WiFi account.

I have the Tether app on my phone.

If I am connected to one of the Archer routers, wired or WiFi, I can see and manage the other routers that are bound to my account.

If I am connected to another network that is not using an Archer router I cannot see and manage any of my routers.

Is there a way to remotely manage Archer routers from a non-TP-link network using either tplinkwifi.net or Tether?

Thanx for your help clarifying this item.

@CB46

Try following this guide to troubleshoot if you are unable to access the router remotely via the Tether app:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2808/

If you want to remotely manage the router using tplinkwifi.net, you can follow this guide:

@Kevin_Z

I repeat the last line in my original message:

Is there a way to manage Archer routers from a non-TP-Link network using either tplinkwifi.net or Tether?

I suspect not after going to tplinkwifi.net while on my non-tplink office networkk and reading the first line:

To access tplinkwifi.net, your device must be connected to tp-link router's network.

IMHO, this is a big limitation of the Archer remote management capability for support techs.
