Model: Archer AX21
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 build 20210901

5Ghz band disappears after a few seconds and cannot connect. Most times does not reappear. Completely reset router to default settings. Still cannot get stable 5Ghz band to continuously broadcast and provide connection.

2.4Ghz band is mostly functional, has been occasionally dropping signal briefly.

Hardwire connections have no issues.

@SterlingArcherA

Hello, if the 5G network is not stable, please try to modify the 5G wireless settings on the AX21, such as wireless channel and channel width. It is suggested to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel, then change the channel width to 40MHz, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.

If this doesn't help, please kindly show me the Wireless Settings page for the 5G network, you may cover the name and password before posting.
