Hi Support Team

 

I am trying to block some websites on all devices to recover from addition to the sites like "youtube". I have been communicating with support in email, seems like it takes a longer route.   Here is the support ticket info [TP-Link Support]-[TKID220105034] 16474472. I tried the options provided by the support engineer. Still I could not able to block this website. 

 

Please help me here.. how to block "youtube" using parental control "all time" ? 

 

FYI.. Parental Control in Mobile and PC working differently. In the PC version.. you can't create a profile without adding a device.  This could be a separate software bug in the application.
