Hi all,

when I use FTP (filezilla) and upload on different servers files with different sizes, speed freezes for 10 or 20 seconds... and then it goes further and freezes again.
I tried on different servers. and it is the same.
I tried on wifi and utp connection...

I connected to another wireless network not on deco and and the speed does not freeze.

Only freezes when I connected on deco M9 plus :(...

Hi, welcome to the community.

Could you please help me check the following details:

1. I noticed there are 2-pack Deco M9 Plus, Does it make any difference which Deco the computer is connected to? Or could you please help me run the following test:

temporarily unplug the satellite Deco M9 plus and leave the main M9 plus only.
connect the laptop via an Ethernet cable to the main M9 plus.
Upload files via FTP (filezilla) again.

And how long have you had M9 plus and did this issue start at the very beginning？

I connect to wifi 2,4 GHz on main deco. problem is not solved...

I connect to wifi 5 GHz on main deco. problem is not solved...

I connected utp cable, problem is not solved...

I have deco almost a year.

I've noticed this since the very beginning, but now I use ftp every day and it's very annoying...
