Power line device not working
One of my devices has thrown a wobbler.
It shows in the device name a ? In a black diamond.
And doesn't give me the option to log onto it.
Is it dead?
I've tried factory reset, but get the same thing.

Hi, For the 
, its name should be the last 4 characters of the MAC address and so does its WiFi network.
Are you able to detect the WiFi of this TL-WPA8730? Would there be any internet service over the WiFi?
Do you use the TL-PLC APP on the Tablet?
If possible, I think you could try to install the powerline utility to see whether it could be detected properly:
