Deco not working well with computer?

I recently had my internet provider make some changes and that usually results in disaster.
I got my 3 decos re-set up and the speedtests says that they're working great. HOWEVER, the speedtest on my computer is very....very.....very...low. Which makes me think it's not working with the Deco despite choosing it on the WiFi.
On the landing page of my Deco app, it says that "everything looks good", but the down speed averages 1 Kpbs and the upload averages 7 Kpbs.
So:
1) Why is my laptop showing a ridiculously slow speed?
2) Why does the speedtest on the Deco app have different speeds than the landing page (see below)

The speed here:
It is recording the real-time internal data transfer rate through the main Deco, not the actual download or upload speed of Deco from the ISP modem.
I see your model is Deco M5, Have you checked the current internet speed on Deco from the ISP modem via "Test internet speed" on the APP?
If yes, how much speed you could get?
And how much speed you could get on the computer when you test it via speedtest.net?
