Problems with all WIFI connectivity Archer c4000 2.4GHz, 5GHz-1, 5GHz-2

I spent more than 10 hours trynna fix this router.
I tried:
-Resetting
-Factor reset multiple times
- Installing all available Firmware on the website. Version 190827 and 220114 are able to install but version 180322 doesn't allow me to install it.
-tried changing channel, bandwidth and all
I don't know what to do anymore. As you can see router says:
In QUICK SETUP tab:
"The 5GHz network is unavailable due to restrictions in your region/country." but the 5GHz-2 is enabled while the 5GHz-1 im unable to select it.
In the BASIC tab:
You can see all connections are active.
In the wirless settings BASIC tab weird stuff going on:
ADVANCED tab Status everything normal:
WIRLESS SETTINGS ADVENCED TAB:
5GHz-1 greyed out.
Cannot see any 5GHz signals and the 2.4Ghz is extremely weak even when the router is right next to my pc.
