Hi, Have you tried to run a factory reset on RE300 first by holding the reset pinhole for 1s till all the lights turn on and then off?

After that, please try to set it up again to see whether it could start working again.

If nothing changed, you could consider purchasing a new model. Since our range extenders are compatible with most of the routers, including Plume and you could still choose RE300 or pick one from here:
