Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 Build 20210121 Rel 54042

I have two (2) MyQ garage door hubs. They connect to the Decos without issue but routinely show offline. Green light solid (meaning they are talking to WiFi network) and deco shows them connected with IP and good solid connections.

They keep showing offline often in the app though.

I spent an hour today with their support. They require communication via port 8883 which should not be an issue and nothing should be blocking.

I did go ahead and set up port forwarding for one of the IPs to 8883 and immediately shows online.

The problem is I can only do that for one. I need both to be open on port 8883.

Is there any way for me to resolve this using the deco x60? Am I missing a setting?

I have had these devices for a while and this is only a recent issue. My network has not changed (except for me adding the port forwarding for one of the client IPs today).

Thanks
