Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: N/A

Hi,

My xe75 pro is stuck in solid blue.

Tried to unbrick it (this https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2958/), but my PC can't reach ip of the router.

After holding reset and power on the unit the color changes from yello to solid blue.

Even if I try to connect from my pc to router to 192.168.0.1 I am unable to reach it because I get timeout error.

The unit stays in solid blue for a long time.

I believe the root of the problem was when I have connected 3 units to the network, each unit tried to update firmware and this one was not successful.

What else can I do? It's brand new

Thanks,

  @Diablik

Hi, Did the problematic Deco respond to the factory reset(just holding the reset pinhole for 1s, not firmware recovery -holding until Deco was powered on)? Will it turn to blanking blue in the end?

By the way, have you configured a static IP address(192.168.0.xxx) on the computer in order to get into the firmware recovery web UI-192.168.0.1?

If this Deco did not respond to the factory reset, and could not get into the firmware recovery UI, I think you could start a warranty claim here:

https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/contact-technical-support/#Warranty-Support

Thank you very much and best regards.
