Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Originally was able to access Ax11000 router via Tether app.

Updated firmware but then forgot administrator pw and reset the router pw.

Re set up everything and enabled remote management.

First few hours(?) was able to access ax11000 router via tether app.

Unable to access for the last entire day. Cloud device says offline but can access cameras connected to the router.

Was I supposed to potentially delete the old cloud device that claims it's the same ax11000 router (original)?  Is that interfering with it?

Please help as I want to be able to access the router and be able to manage this remotely via the tether app.

AX11000 supports password recovery in case you forgot the local management password: Advanced=>System=>Administration=>Password Recovery

To manage the router with the tether app, you should also bind your TP-Link ID with the router:

It is bound cause it worked for a few hours and then stopped.

I'm just not sure why it isn't working now.

Like should I do a full test, unbind and or delete all instances and see if that works?

Yes, you could do a full test - unbind, delete all instances then bind to add it again.

Here's the AX11000 guide for TP-Link cloud service management.
