I am trying to set this up for my grandparents, how do i do it when they have a DSL line. That's a line in which the landline and wifi come through the same ethernet cord. I've already tried to input that other cord to the X60 and it didnt work. Any help is great.
the Deco X60 does not accept the DSL service line. You would need a DSL modem with an Ethernet output that can be connected to the main Deco unit. If you contact your ISP they should be able to tell you what modem to get or even provide one. Be clear though that you only need a modem, you do not need a gateway.
