Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.4 Build 20230906 rel.74809(5553)

This is the 3rd time that 2.4 GHz has dropped due to a firmware upgrade.

This particular AX11000 is a warranty replacment. Worked perfectly until the firmware upgrade, no settings have changed, 2.4 ghz channel is the same.

???

Thank You

Hello, do you mean all client devices are unable to connect the 2.4G WiFi any more? and any error message?

Please try to disable Smart Connect, change 2.4G WiFi channel and channel width, if problem still exists, try to restart or even factory reset the router.

Yes, same problem, performed channel change and changing channel bandwidth, the only solution that worked for me was factory reset...

  @CivicMinded

So what you mean is you updated the firmware and then needed to do a factory reset which implemented the update. And then you reloaded your settings that you had saved previously ?

And now it is working fine. So what exactly was your issue ?
