Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20230906 rel.52143(5553)

Hello. I'm trying to set up port forwarding with my router so there are no issues while gaming.  I was looking to set up a static IP with a virtual server according to the port forwarding FAQ but the setting isn't there. I have UPnP disabled due to security concerns. Not sure if you need more info since this is my first go at doing this. Thank you for reading.

As I already posted Virtual Servers <=> Port forwarding - these are different names for the same functionality.

Here's a video guide for setting up port-forwarding in a TP-Link router.

If you public IP address is not static but dynamic you can use the DDNS feature - details.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue and mark the post as a "Recommended Solution".

If you want to port-forward a particular port or port-range that's what you have to do:

Note: If you're using your AX6000 in AP mode this menu won't be available - details.

@terziyski I'm in router mode. Setting is not there. Doesn't show up in search either.

@terziyski But without the virtual servers won't my port settings stop working when my ip changes?
