All devices connected to m4r tower.  0 devices connected to m3w. I don't know how long it's been like this but performance for devices that are not close to the M4R is terrible.  We cannot use the Roku in the room farthest from the M4R.  Why aren't M3Ws being utilized?  Spent an hour with chat people, they could not resolved and are supposedly escalating.  Anybody have any ideas?  It would be greatly appreciated!
