I have a Deco XE5300 (main with 2 satellites)  I am thinking to extend my wi-fi signal to my backyard. 

Can I connect the EAP225-Outdoor antenna to one of the satellites? (Hard wired to the satellite)

Would there be a significant reduction in speed connecting to the antenna compared to one of the satellites? 

Can I use the same software that I use for the Deco to configure the EAP225-Outdoor?
