My Deco W4500 is not getting full internet speed. I had my internet service provider here and they swapped out their router and tested the connection hardlined to their router and the download speed was 355mbps. they then tested it with the same wire on the deco w4500 and it was 166mbps. When I check the app, it says everything looks good, but the download speed is showing 2-35kbps. 

Is this normal? What can I do? I am thinking about returning this because if straight out the modem it is half of what speed I am supposed to get, anywhere else in my house is definitely much lower.
