No 240mhz option
I would like to enable 240mhz channel width for 5ghz on my Deco BE63 but its grayed out in the app and I cannot enable it.
I also have another question, does enabling MLO network improve backhaul speeds? I heard that enabling the MLO network will improve backhaul speeds and I was wondering if that was true.

Hi, when 240mhz is grayed out in the app, would there be any other error message, for example:
As for the MLO Network, whether enabled or not on the Deco APP, two Deco BE63s(without an Ethernet cable, within proper distance) will always use 2.4+5+6GHz Backhaul spontaneously. The MLO network on the Deco APP is mainly used for mobile clients connected to the Deco Mesh network.

There is no error message or anything. This is what it shows when I try to change the channel width. The 240mhz option is grayed out and does nothing when I click it.

@Rbaile508 I had a special support agent that went into the deco systems and fixed it. I never knew what caused it but try submitting a Deco app log like I did and maybe somebody will help you.

US, odd haha, so support lied to me, unless there is a big difference in the costco SKU BE11000. After the fix it is working for you now?
