Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Can't connect to reolink wifi cams .

I had a verizon cr1000a

I used the same  network name and password.

There are multiple same name networks and can't tell what band they are on

I tried smart connect on and off, no difference

Many models of Reolink cams can operate on both bands.

I would suggest to turn off smart connect and name SSIDs differently.

Then reset the Reolink cam and re-add to the new router SSID.

Yes, this way you'll always know to which band a particular device is connected.

You can use the same wireless password for all wireless bands - just use different SSIDs (smart connect off).
