Hi, I do see several users with similar feedback.

But ever since the first post, there is no update anymore.

So I hope you could stay with us or tell me how your issue get fixed.

 Here are some suggestions after troubleshooting with the first user:

1. enable the guest network for 2.4ghz only with a different SSID.

2. delete the current wireless Deco profile on the smartphone and connect it to the guest network.

3. set up the Reolink camera again on your smartphone.
