Solid red light upon start up
Hello
Just purchased the deco xe75 pro. After following instructions provided (power off modem, connect only xe75 pro, power on both) I get through the set up manager all the way to the point where it has me create and connect to a network. When I reach this point, the deco goes from solid blue to red and it will not connect. I've tried multiple times power cycling both units. It is a brand new modem (nighthawk cm1200) that was just activated by cox cable. I have internet service when connected to modem via ethernet. Please help as there are no troubleshooting options provided in box.
