Tether app, Parential controls Bonus time no longer in the app??

I have Homeshield subscription. After installed the latest Tether app 4.7.11, the "Adjust" button does not show up in the Parental controls section of the app.
How do I go about getting that feature back? Why would that get removed from the app?

Yes, That is what I am referring to. The "Adjust" option used to show up, I thought in the older version of the App it was called Bonus. But here is the screenshot of my app. In this screenshot, I am logged into the app with my Homeshield account. It does not show the Adjust button.

Hi David,
I created a new Parental Controls profile, named it "Testing", and assigned it a device on my network, a printer. I gave it two and 1/2 hours of time. I still do not see the ADJUST option.
I dont know what else to try to do ?
