Most times this is not a router issue.

Are the lights on the modem different at this time.

Look at the logs on the modem and router if you have them to see if that helps. The logs tend to be very hard to read and not very well documented. But if the modem reports it first that I would check with the ISP.

Some things to check.

Be sure the router firmware is up to date. Turn off the modem and unplug for 15 min and plug it in and power on (this resets connection with the ISP).

Are you using the power adaper that came with the router?

Do you have a UPS and is the battery good? Any electrical issues in the house? (electrical issues causes strange issues)

If it happens a lot, bypass the router and connect a PC direct to the modem to see if you have an issue.

Disconnect any USB devices to see it it may be a cause.

Disconnect Ethernet devices to see if one may be a cause.

If you have TV from your ISP, check all those lines and if there have been any changes when this started such drop a TV or add a new TV.

Try different Ethernet cables between the modem and router.
