When logged onto Zoom for meetings, I keep getting interrupted. App shuts down and I have to log back in. I was told to change setting to G2 but I can't remember how to get to DECO's setup page. Can someone help me?
To access the settings, please follow these steps:
1. From the main deco screen, select "More" at the bottom.
2. Navigate to "Wi-Fi Settings."
3. Choose the option "2.4 GHz & 5 GHz Network".
4. Click on "Advanced."
5. Select "Band."
6. Uncheck the option for 5 GHz.
7. Please ensure that you save the settings if the application prompts you to do so.
