I have tried to connect to the admin area to configure this device and it just sits there with the dots going back and forth.

I have tried using the wifi and the WEP password and I have tried directly connected to the computer.

I can get to the admin page without errors, and it looks like it is loading, but never completely loads.

I have two others of this same model and I have never had that problem before.

I am using an M1 Macbook pro to configure it. Is that the problem? Do I need to use a Windows PC? If so, I'll have to borrow one.

I do not think the issue is the Mac.

 

If it were me, I would try a different browser, clearing the browser history, and if that did not work then a factory reset.
