Model: Deco BE63
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20240724 Rel. 12326

I am attempting to use a USB drive plugged into a BE63 on my Deco network.  When I navigate to More>Advanced, the "USB Sharing" does not show.  I have tried a few different drives (both USB and Hard drive in a docking station) to no avail.  I did find see that the drive must be FAT32 or exFAT so I specifically formatted a small thumb drive as exFAT and tried that.  The app never shows me the option to enable USB Sharing.  I do not know if this is important, but the mesh network has several different types of deco nodes on it.  The types and versions are as follows in case it is relevant: one or more of the following nodes.

X55(1.0) 1.5.5 Build 20240718 Rel. 44414
X60(2.0) 1.5.3 Build 20231227 Rel. 62665
X60(4.0) 1.5.5 Build 20240718 Rel. 44414
BE63(2.0) 1.0.6 Build 20240724 Rel. 12326

Everything appears to be updated and I have checked both the app as well as the master node (check for upgrades).  All seems correct.  Am I missing something simple?

Which Deco device is designated as the primary unit in the application? If it is not the BE63, please change the primary Deco to BE63 and check if the option becomes available.

Thanks for the reply.  Currently, it is one of the X55s.  As soon as I can get it to swap over, I will let you know if that works.  Right now, I click "set as main" on the BE63 and it responds with "failed to save settings, please try again later".  Ill keep trying.

It appears that the issue you are experiencing is not expected behavior. I recommend rebooting all of your Deco devices and then attempting the process again. If you continue to encounter the same error, you may need to submit a support ticket for further assistance.

It is also suggested to remove BE63 from the APP(or reset the satellite BE63 by holding the reset pinhole for 1s), then click "Replace Main Deco", such as

This was the solution to my issue. I was able to switch the main over to the BE63. As soon as I did that, the application showed the settings for USB. Thank you
