Model: Deco X50  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Bui;d 20230522 Rel 68968

I could not enable QoS in the Deco app. It returns an error when I toggle the switch as shown below. My network consists of 3 m4 decos as satellite and 1 x50 as main deco. I already deleted the app and reinstalled it. I also did a reboot on both the deco network and my phone where the deco app is installed

Hi  @Carl,

 

After 2 days, the QoS was successfully enabled in the Deco app without any actions done on my part. I am not sure what triggered that error but it's worth noting at your end. Thank you for the reply.

Can you please confrim what region you are from.  Your post on our admin side shows PH for the Philipines but i want to make sure.  This particular community is Regionally based for the US only.  This could be a regional Firmware concern so I need to know that before i can give you a suitable next action
