My TP-Link router is archer C20(US) Ver 5.0.

I can see there is V5, V5.6, V5.8, V6.6 firmware Versions on the website

Which one do I choose? can I update mine to V6.6? or V5.80/V5.6?

Use only version 5, the one that matches the router. Otherwise you can brick the router.
