How do I turn of QoS on Deco X20?

How do I disable QoS on the Deco x20?
I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with gaming on my Xbox Series X. I see a QoS setting but nowhere to turn it off. EVERY single hour I get a huge ping spike and huge packet loss for around 30 seconds and it's making gaming infurating. It's costing me games. Another forum mentioned Deco Mesh's will run a speed test in the background every hour and it could be this causing my problem.
Every game of Rocket League, PubG or COD , my ping will shoot up above 1000 and it will also lose packets lost. This happens EVERY SINGLE HOUR for around 30 seconds each time. Didn't hapen when I was just using my Virgin Media provided hub.

It may be different, depending on the FW version loaded, but the process should be More > QOS > Turn Off (red text button). If you do not see this button please share the FW vresion and a screenshot of the screen you do see.

For that version Standard is the same as being off. Standard means no one type of device is being accelerated or given priority over any other device or device category.

Ok thanks. Theres no way the X20 is running any kind of regular speed tests then? Surely narrows it down to being the line from VM and probably their samknows speed tests.
