We have received reports from users that upgrading the Archer BE230 V1 to firmware version 1.2.5 may result in wireless instability, including issues such as the 2.4GHz SSID disappearing, inability to connect, or successful connection but without Internet access. Reverting to firmware version 1.2.1 has been found to restore stable connectivity. This behavior was reported by community user kulik555 in this post.

Available Solution:

Our R&D team has identified the cause of this unexpected behavior and has released a beta firmware update to correct it. If your Archer BE230 V1 is experiencing the same anomaly, please download and manually install the beta firmware below.

Note:

• It is always recommended to save a copy of the router's Backup Config file before upgrading or downgrading firmware.
