Model: Archer BE6500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20260107 rel.48335(5553)

Everything was great for about 14 months, then last week, my router started crashing every time I would connect any of my Galaxy Watches.  The google is suggesting that this is a firmware bug.

Has anyone come across this, and did you find a fix?  I bought brand new ne because I thoght the old one was dying.  The new does the same exact thing.

Hello  @KE3JU ,

Welcome to our community.

Based on your description, connecting your Samsung Watch to the router's Wi-Fi causes the router to start crashing. Do you mean the router is randomly automatically restarting?

Please temporarily disable the watch's Wi-Fi function (or move the watch away from the router) and observe if the router still crashes.

Please compare the connection status with other wireless and wired devices.

If you have enabled the SMB sharing, please disable it for comparison.

If possible, please try connecting to the guest network's 2.4G for comparison (if your watch is connected to the main network's 2.4G).

Have you recently changed any settings besides updating the router's firmware? Also, what is the specific model of your watch?
