@BobTPPLC See post #101. tpPLC Utility: basically reset both adapters to their defaults (network name, passwords etc.). This is critical as both adapters (8010 and 8630) must be on the same default...

@PowerlineFW @netadair 2.0.0 is the stock firmware? If I remember correctly the TL-WPA8630p V2 (EU) adapter had to be updated incrementally. Try to update to 2.4 > 2.5/2.6 > 2.8/2.10. At some point...
