Fixed. Factory reset, put it into AP mode, no slow wifi anymore. Maxes out at 100Mbps. Perfect. Now I'm just going to never update it. It's behind my firewall.

So what is the deal with your slow wifi? I see all the posts here and you all keep coming back, "Oh, get closer, signal strength, turn off smart connect, wifi speeds will sometimes be half the wired...
