@Alicia278 I believe the 2 technicians were right. You can connect the main Deco to the Fiber ONT, via an Ethernet cable. The mesh system will act as a router.

@armadefuego the w2400 is a router and the S4 is an access point. Or the other way around? Please examine the setup of each Deco network, to determine the operation mode of each network.
