@mikehorb The Frontier guy came out and changed out the connection/cable from the ONT to the router. That worked. The AX11000 is now negotiated to 1000 Mbps.

I had an arris nvg468mq router connected to a verizon ONT. My plan is 500/500. Wired I'm able to acheive that with my existing wiring. I connected the AX11000 and the WAN port negotiates to 100 Mbps....
