just to update anyone interested, I ended up returninig the BE800 router... went back to my nighthawk... maybe we'll try again once they figure all these things out..

@spacepirate13 I am still not getting those speeds that you are getting but I can almost get 800 up and down... I did purchase the SFP and yeah there was no luck with ATT getting the router...

@Jstewart0131 Yeah I tested with all kinds of devices, iPhone 13 promax, iPhone 14 promax, Macbook pro m2 max with 6E wifi. macbook pro m2 with regular wifi, windows machine with Wifi6 card. MLO on...
