This has been resolved. Something happened with my pfSense and I had some serious corruption. I spun up a new VM and rebuilt the router. The access point is working now.

I decided to go ahead and show what rules I've got cofigured right now. They all allow ALL traffic regardless of which VLAN you're on. Once it's working, I'll set it to be more restrictive.
