@swr917sr the kp125 flashes all its lights and if I leave the lamp plugged in it flashes. Since it was new it has powered only this lamp.

LED and the lamp that it is powering rapid flashing. Did the soft and factory reset. No response from the kp125. I unplugged it for a day and the clicking has stopped but the led is still rapid...
