@WiredPenguin . Its how you have the switch wired. You should be going Modem > Router > Switch > Client Devices. With the switch wired to the modem only one port can be active.

@malada Another thing to check on their device is the channel settings and logs. For channels: make sure all channels are locked. Locked is active. Make sure no channel is taking excessive errors....
