@DadJokes Yes because AP mode on a Range Extender is designed to opertate as a seperate WAP. OneMesh broadcast the same network name as the router and acts as a seperate Node of the same network....

@Rokke It shouldn't affect you much at all. You are likely already using Wifi 5 clients on the network so the only difference is if you have any wifi 6 clients they would not get the performace boost...

@chuckthetekkie The AX11000 doesn't have a bridge mode. Its router or AP mode. In AP mode the router is just a WAP. Are you using it in AP mode and if so what port are you connecting your Gateway too?
