@JRice The answer would be to place QOS in standard mode. With it in standard mode the router is not preforming any QOS function.

@Matts175 Got an answer for you. There is not acutally a toggle for truning off QOS because off and standard would be the same thing in terms of how the traffic is managed. So to "turn off" the QOS...
