Hi @Merickson Can you let us know which model is having issues and how is it wired? We want to make sure that the two black wires load/live are sperate and at least the neutral wire is connected....

@Prikleypear If your 5GHz is showing the correct speed than likely the issue with 2.4GHz is congestion. You will want to check the channel and channel width being used. I would recommend channels...
