@lucasShaw The extender might no longer be connected to the router. Log into your router and look at the connected devices to see if the RE220 is seen. If not try unplugging it and plugging it back...

@JR1980 If you look at the signal light that should be solid blue. If the signal light is off then it is not connected correctly. Factory default the extender by holding the reset for 15 seconds...
