@RonL A user had a Deco where the speed was throttled, turned out to be the QoS was set low, I figured that may be happening here.

@Dynochrome What is the Kasa app version you are running, and the firmware of the camera? Have you tried using a different smart phone? Do you get the same result?

@CrisTX In your case you can still have a open network, you just need to now add the wired devices to the white list.

@vekster Tether app needs you to log in with your TP-Link ID so just log out of your TP-Link ID so when the Tether is opened it will ask you to sign in with your email and password.
