@esse How are you setting up the RE200? If you are using the web GUI or Tether it should see the same name when setting up the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz.

@rajupandey9455 Our firmware is region based. What is the country code of the extender? If you look at the serial number it should say something like (US) or (EU) or (EN).
