@loulz I was able to gather that the file limitation is due to the USB module which works off orf miniDLNA where the limit is up to 10,000 (ball park estimate).

@MarkPe You are correct in that you are not able to set the animations to the presets. I can forward that as a feature request, but so far what will be released is the custom effects.
