@IrvSp I had alo noticed the discrepancy in the file dates. I agree that it does appear a bit strange. Hopefully a TP-Link representative will answer . . Thank you.

@ArcherC8 It is a US router. Bought about in March 2018. I have used the US based firmwares since the beginning. Hopefully someone from TP-Link will respond soon. Thanks . .

@ArcherC8 Thank you for the quick reply. I did power off the router and then back on. As far as resetting to factory and updating again, I'm a bit reluctant to do that since the router appears stable...

@Naudran This is a long shot but I would also try either turning off QOS or, at least, trying to disable it by choosing "standard" in application priority and making sure that no devices are active...
